Our History
The French Nurse was founded by Yasmina.
Yaz comes from New Caledonia and has lived in Australia since 2016. She completed Year 10 to Year 12 on the Gold Coast before graduating her Bachelor of Nursing at Griffith University in early 2022. Yaz worked as a disability support worker while she studied. With experience in hospital, GP practice and community nursing, Yaz decided to found The French Nurse to provide services to people with disabilities and the elderly within the community with a “French Touch”. Our motto is “aux petits soins” which is french for “with tender care” which is exactly how we provide our services - tender, kind and compassionate care!
